ASA Opposes the Transfer of Banking Information to the IRS

On September 17, 2021, ASA joined the Small Business Legislative Counsel (SBLC) in a letter to Congress opposing proposals that would require financial institutions to transfer information about personal and business transactions to IRS to facilitate tax collection and reduce tax evasion.
