OSHA Advances Employer Vaccine Mandate for White House Review

On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID applicable to employers with over 100 employees was sent to the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.  We understand the review process will move quickly and have been told to expect the rule to be issued before the end of this month.  We are also told it will have an implementation that will make it fully effective around the end of the year.  More to follow.
