Senate Earmark Update

Some Senate Republicans plan to support earmarks this year. Most of the support is concentrated among GOP appropriators including Sens. Shelby (AL), Collins (ME), Capito (WV), Graham (SC), Murkowski (AK), and Blunt (MO). A letter signed by 15 GOP members said they would continue to enforce the ban.
